At enewton, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original packaging or a secure padded mailer to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
